Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an ER Registered Nurse for the Dayton Springfield Emergency Center. The RN will deliver high-quality care, collaborating with an interprofessional team to assess patients, determine priorities, and implement care plans in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and active RN licensure; ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Preferred ER/critical care experience, not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced ER setting.
• Evaluates, updates and revises the plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Serves as point of contact for patient care coordination.
• Administer medications safely per practice standards and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
