Job summary

Mercy Health is seeking an ER Registered Nurse (RN) at the Dayton Springfield Emergency Center. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and coordinate patient care across departments in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications (preferred at hire; ACLS/PALS required within 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced ER setting as part of an interprofessional team.
• Evaluate, update and revise the plan of care to achieve outcomes.
• Serve as the point of contact for patients’ care coordination across departments.
• Administer medications safely per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
