Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at Mt. Orab Medical Center in Clermont, OH. The RN will deliver high-quality care, collaborate with an interprofessional team, and manage patient care from triage through discharge.

Requires RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS eligibility, and nursing degree. Ideal candidates have ED or critical care experience, EPIC EHR familiarity, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• BLS and ACLS/PALS required or must obtain within 6 months of hire
• EPIC EHR training preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Care for groups of patients in a fast-paced ED setting
• Evaluate and revise the plan of care to achieve outcomes
• Serve as point of contact for patient care coordination
• Administer medications safely according to policies
