Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Perrysburg Medical Center. You will assess patient status, determine priorities, and implement clinical nursing interventions with a diverse skillset.

Expect collaboration with an interprofessional team, ongoing assessment and care planning, and safe medication administration in a fast-paced setting. RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required or obtained within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification (PALS preferred).
• Experience in Emergency Department or Critical Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide care for high-intensity, fast-paced patient groups.
• Update and revise the care plan to meet outcomes.
• Serve as point of contact for care coordination across departments.
• Administer medications safely according to policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
