Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX seeks an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for the Evening shift. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced ED environment.

Join a Level I Trauma Center with a strong emphasis on patient safety, education, and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ED experience and BLS certification are required; a compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification within 30 days of starting.
• Emergency department experience or fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, social workers and staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Prioritize safety, effectiveness and efficiency in care delivery.
• Contribute to team development and community service commitments.
