Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• TNCC or ENPC certification within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care using a professional practice model and assess patient needs.
• Create and implement care plans while educating patients and families.
• Prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in delivery of care.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
