Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for the Evening shift (3:00pm–3:00am), full-time (36 hours/week). This Level I Trauma Center offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional growth.

As an ER RN, you will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with ED physicians and staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based emergency care. Current RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification are required.
• 1 year ER RN experience required.
• Grad of an Accredited Nursing Program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and priorities patient and family needs.
• Create, implement, and evaluate care plans for ED patients.
• Educate patients, families, and staff about care plans and interventions.
• Collaborate with ED physicians and staff to ensure timely, quality care.
• Assist in emergency stabilization and documentation according to best practices.
