Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required upon hire; ACLS/PALS/NIHSS within 90 days; TNCC within 1 year

Responsibilities

• Triage safely, rapidly and accurately for every patient entering the emergency care system
• Provide direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with the health team
• Communicate with ED physician about changes in patient status or diagnostic results
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
