Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe patient assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Triage patients to determine urgency and assign appropriate categories.
• Provide emergency care to patients of all ages per protocols.
• Administer medications following the five rights of administration.
• Supervise support staff and maintain collaborative workflow.
• Communicate with patients and families to explain procedures and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team on care plans.
• Maintain infection control and safe/clean environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
