Hartford HealthCare's Windham Hospital Emergency Department is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team. The ED handles a broad range of cases, from trauma to medical emergencies, with 23 beds and a dedicated fast-track area.

Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, the RN will implement patient-centered care, follow evidence-based practices, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with the nursing process and customer service principles.
• National certification in a specialty is preferred.
• Minimum one year RN experience required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement plans of care aligned with hospital policies and Act requirements.
