Responsibilities

• Utilize evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Develop a plan of care that meets the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
• Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Provide care in a state-of-the-art Emergency Department with 56 private rooms.
