Job summary

Hartford HealthCare’s MidState Medical Center in Connecticut seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a high-volume ED setting. • Current RN license in Connecticut or eligible to practice in CT.
• BSN preferred and encouraged for ED team integration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume ED.
• Self-directed in the management of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a collaborative ED environment.
• Utilize nursing processes to develop and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC for patient charting and documentation.
