Job summary

HonorHealth Florence Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department evening shifts. Responsibilities include patient assessment, medication administration, IV management, and care planning.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care. Arizona RN license required; BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of Arizona.
• All Diploma and ADN hires must complete a BSN within 60 months of hire or have 5+ years of RN experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record patients' medical history and symptoms; assist with diagnostic tests and results.
• Administer medications and IV therapies; monitor patient response and safety.
• Develop and contribute to individualized care plans; coordinate with physicians and care teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home care, and discharge instructions.
• Supervise and support licensed and paraprofessional staff; ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
