Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department night shift at Sonoran Crossing Medical Center in Phoenix. The role involves high‑quality patient care, assessments, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

The RN will administer medications, manage IVs, and develop individualized care plans while ensuring safety and family-centered care across the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in emergency/acute care settings preferred.
• ADN or Diploma in Nursing with BSN requirement within 60 months.
• Current AZ RN license required; national certification per unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ED nursing care, assess patients, and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines per orders and policies.
• Document observations, treatments, and patient progress in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team for patient care.
