Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital seeks an experienced registered nurse to administer advanced patient care in an ECMO-capable ICU. You will stabilize complex conditions, monitor intracranial and cardiac parameters, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions.

Ideal candidates have Alabama RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, and ICU experience with a strong patient-family advocacy mindset.

Qualifications

• RN license in Alabama required.
• ACLS, BLS and specialty certifications preferred.
• Experience in ICU/critical care and ECMO setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced patient care in high-intensity units with ECMO support.
• Monitor complex vitals, interpret monitors, and adjust therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to manage care plans.
• Serve as patient/family advocate and participate in education.
• Maintain documentation and regulatory compliance.
