Inova Fair Oaks Hospital in Virginia is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Mentor to support the Emergency Department with training and coaching.
The role focuses on developing nursing staff through education, orientation, and career progression, while ensuring high standards of patient care.

Formación
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- 2 years of progressive nursing experience in a designated specialty; 3 months as preceptor.
- BLS from American Heart Association; licensed or eligible for Virginia RN license (or multi-state license).
- Preferred: 4+ years in Emergency Department; pediatric ED experience.
Responsabilidades
- Develop expertise in training, coaching and mentoring staff to promote high-quality nursing care.
- Orient, educate and develop nursing staff to ensure competence and responsibilities.
- Provide support to novice and advanced nurses and preceptors for a smooth transition into practice and the work environment.
- Integrate knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the clinical and social adjustment needs of all team members.
- Participate in the design, delivery and evaluation of educational programs for career progression from novice to proficient nurse.
