Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• 2 years of progressive nursing experience; 3 months as preceptor.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in training, coaching and mentoring staff in nursing care.
• Orient, educate and develop nursing staff to ensure competence.
• Provide support to novice and advanced nurses for smooth transitions.
• Integrate knowledge and skills to meet clinical and social needs of team members.
• Participate in design, delivery and evaluation of educational programs for clinical development.
