Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse Program.

Responsibilities

• Triages patients in the Emergency Department based on severity.
• Assess patient condition through vitals, medications, and history.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to care team.
• Collaborate with care team on discharge or admission decisions.
• Document patient care and update electronic medical records.
• Provide discharge instructions and education to patients and caregivers.
