AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of current ED experience. The role focuses on comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, and patient/family education.

Shift is 11am–11pm; full-time with benefits and ongoing professional development. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), RN license, BLS, TNCC, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (read, verbal and written skills).
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Ability to work as a team member within a unit.
• Effective verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with EKG based on patient condition.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and documentation.
