AdventHealth is seeking an experienced ED Registered Nurse for night shift in Colorado. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and families.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maintain meticulous documentation in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years ED RN experience, Associate degree in Nursing, and RN license with BLS and TNCC are required.

Formación

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• RN licensure with BLS and TNCC required.
• Minimum 2 years ED RN experience.
• English fluency essential.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff and departments to optimize patient care and ensure clear communication.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
• Respond to code situations promptly to stabilize patients.
• Engage in continuous professional development and performance improvement activities.
