Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed to practice in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, psychological and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with regular evaluation.
• Administer medications safely per orders and monitor for reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate across medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Document care activities accurately in the medical record.
• Evaluate care outcomes and adjust plans to improve health.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance at all times.
