Job summary

AdventHealth seeks an experienced ED RN in Greenwood Village, CO. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments per physician orders, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and maintain accurate records. RN licensure, BLS and TNCC are required, with a minimum of 2 years ED experience.

Qualifications

• RN required, current license
• ED nursing experience preferred or required as stated
• BLS certification required
• TNCC certification required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and continually evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care to promote understanding.
• Coordinate care with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
