Job summary

Central Carolina Hospital in a rural North Carolina community is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department. You will deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

We offer a commitment bonus of up to $20,000 for experienced RNs (or $10,000 for new graduates), flexible self-scheduling, and comprehensive benefits designed to support your well‑being and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina state RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• ACLS within 90 days of hire
• 1 year Emergency Department experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Delivers care aligned with patient age and condition
• Documents medical necessity in the medical record in a timely manner
• Completes and revises the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
