Job summary

Coulee Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse to join our ER team. The ER RN provides compassionate, patient-centered care, advocates for safety, and documents visits accurately according to current standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and support the mission to serve our rural community.

Certifications must be current or obtained within one year of hire. Night differential and weekend differential apply, with a per diem schedule and no full benefits for Per Diem

Qualifications

• Current RN license required in Washington state.
• ACLS, NRP, BLS, & PALS/ENPC certifications required or obtained within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Thoroughly document patient visits to support care decisions and safety.
• Advocate for quality and patient safety; explain procedures and gather information for providers.
