Job description

Coulee Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our ER team. The ER RN supports the patient care cycle by providing compassionate, patient‑centered quality care. They advocate for patients, explain procedures, and help determine care. They document visits thoroughly and stay current with new developments. The RN meets patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in a dignified manner consistent with the Mission and Vision of Coulee Medical Center.

Certificates and Licenses

• Current RN license required.
• ACLS, NRP, BLS, and PALS/ENPC certification required, or must be obtained within one year of hire. All certifications will be maintained current throughout the employment.

Bonus Details – Sign‑on & Retention

• $5,000 Sign‑on Bonus (paid upon hire)
• $2,500 1‑year Retention Bonus
• $2,500 2‑year Retention Bonus
• Individuals employed with Coulee Medical Center in the last 24 months are not eligible for sign‑on or retention bonuses.

$3.50/hr night differential / $2.50/hr weekend differential.
