This full-time, night-shift role requires PA RN licensure, CPR, and clearances. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, teamwork, and patient-family centered communication.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.
• Current RN License in Pennsylvania.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Assess human responses and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
• Utilize the nursing process to develop patient care plans.
• Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
• Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care.
• Promote compassionate communication that is patient and family-centered.
• Continuously evaluate and assess patient and family satisfaction.
