• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
• Utilize the nursing process to implement patient care plans.

• Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous lifelong learning and professional development.
• Participate in department-specific patient satisfaction initiatives.

Education

Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
