Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure required or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Assess health status and plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Mentor staff and model professional behavior.
• Delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skills.
• Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate care.
• Support patient safety initiatives and quality initiatives.
