Job summary

You will provide leadership, mentor teammates, and participate on interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care and ongoing professional development. Full-time night shift. PA RN license required and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license or multi-state licensure via eNLC required.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care.
• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Mentor and role model to build the team.
• Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff abilities.
• Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate care.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality efforts.
• Use the nursing process to implement care plans.
• Document changes in patient condition and notify relevant staff.
• Commit to lifelong learning and professional development.
