Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state via eNLC.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.
• CPR certification required.
• Act 34, Act 33, and Act 73 clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assess human responses and implement nursing care for individuals or families.
• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
• Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care or health services.
