Job summary

BayCare Health System in Wesley Chapel is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ER to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate holds an RN license with a nursing degree, at least 1 year of ER experience, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

You will work the mid-shift (2:45 PM – 3:15 AM), join an in-person team, and contribute to ongoing training, mentorship, and excellent career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

RN license required and active in Florida
Diploma/Associate/Bachelor's or higher in Nursing
Minimum 1 year ER experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Ability to work mid-shift and on-site

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
Collaborate with care team to prioritize patient needs.
Monitor vitals, assess changes, and respond to emergencies.
Educate patients and families about care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with standards.
