Job summary

Endeavor Health in Illinois is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for per diem, part-time or full-time roles across our women’s and children’s service lines. Inpatient experience and IL licensure are required; BSN preferred with BLS/PALS/NRP certifications.

Hospitals include Edward, Elmhurst, Evanston, Highland Park, Northwest Community, Skokie and Swedish. Flexible shift options (Day, Evening, Night) and competitive compensation are offered to match your availability.

Qualifications

Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
BSN degree preferred.
BLS, PALS and NRP certification through AHA required.
2+ years of hospital nursing experience in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, Antepartum, Pediatrics, NICU or PICU.

Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.
