Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide safe and compassionate care on a designated unit. Flexible start times from 5 a.m. to noon with 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, and there may be travel to other Endeavor Hospitals as needed.

Candidates should be a graduate of a state approved school of nursing, have an IL RN license, and possess CPR/BLS certification. ACLS/PALS and CPAN/CAPA are preferred. Benefits include premium pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Graduate of a state approved school of nursing is required; BSN preferred.
IL RN License required.
CPR BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
ACLS and PALS by the American Heart Association preferred.
CPAN/CAPA preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care on a specific unit.
Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
Communicate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
