Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking registered nurses to provide comprehensive care across multiple hospital locations in Illinois. The role emphasizes using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, while maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting patient safety.

Ideal candidates hold IL nursing licensure, a BSN (preferred), and BLS/CPR certification; ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC, and related credentials are highly regarded with ongoing competency requirements.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA required.
• 1 year current hospital nursing experience required.
• ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNS, TNCC, ECRN are noted as desirable or required.
• Endeavor Health system may require additional certifications as part of ongoing competency.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility and accountability for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience.

Education
