Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and WA RN license upon hire.
• New graduate or RN without ED/CC experience may apply after completing the ED residency.
• BLS- CPR required upon hire; ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced ED.
• Perform skilled assessments and procedures as part of an interprofessional team.
• Document care using nursing process and coordinate post-discharge needs.
