Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• WA RN license required upon hire.
• BLS CPR certification required upon hire.
• ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.
• Nursing experience in ED/critical care preferred; training on hospital protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administers, oversees and documents medication administration as ordered.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments including physical, psychosocial, cultural needs.
• Gathers data relevant for patient care and updates care plans.
• Implements interventions and evaluates patient outcomes.
• Adheres to department and hospital policies including safety and regulatory standards.
• Keeps abreast of regulatory requirements impacting practice.
