Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• ED experience current within last 2 years.
• Critical care experience current within last 2 years.
• WA RN license
• BLS/ CPR
• ACLS within 60 days
• TNCC within 12 months
• NRP within 12 months
• PALS within 12 months or ENPC within 12 months

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the department and hospital policies and procedures.
• Keeps abreast of regulatory requirements.
• Administers, oversees and documents medications as ordered.
• Assesses patient needs across physical, psychosocial, cultural, behavioral and spiritual domains.
• Gathers data relevant for patient care.
• Implements interventions and evaluates outcomes.
