Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Emergency Room PRN coverage. The RN coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers, ensuring safety and compassionate service in a Level II trauma setting.

Qualified candidates hold Colorado RN licensure (BSN preferred) with ACLS/BLS/PALS and trauma courses in required timeframes, plus 1–2 years of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• PALS within 30 days of start date.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course required within 60 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Document care in patient medical records.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure safety and comfort.
