HCA HealthONE Aurora is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to join our Level II Trauma Center team. You will coordinate patient care with a focus on safety, accuracy, and compassionate service.

In this role, you will administer treatments, monitor patient status, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and peers to deliver high-quality, efficient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS and TNCC certifications required or obtained within allowed timeframe.
• Colorado RN license or compact license required for practice in CO.
• BSN preferred for applicants.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards.
• Document care and treatments accurately in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs to improve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications and follow-up.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure safe, efficient and compassionate care.
