Emerus is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room in Texas. The role requires current RN licensure, 2+ years in ER, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. English fluency and state-specific clearances are required.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without sanctions, required.
• 2+ years ER RN experience, required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, required; TNCC preferred.
• English fluency; written and oral communication.
• PA Act 33 (Child Abuse History Clearance) and Act 73 (FBI Fingerprint Clearance) completed within the last 5 years, or must be obtained prior to start date.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room.
• Document medical records accurately, concisely, and legibly.
• Observe and record signs, symptoms and patient status; monitor physiological status.
• Follow physician orders in the delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Participate in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care given.
