Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Experience in emergency department or acute care nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid and accurate patient assessments to prioritize care needs.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient status and communicate updates to the team.
• Document care and changes in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Assist with emergency procedures and resuscitation as needed.
• Pursue ongoing education to stay current with best practices.
