Job summary

Openwork Health in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to deliver urgent, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED. You will work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat patients with diverse emergencies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in emergency department or acute care preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute conditions or trauma.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document assessments and interventions in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and post-discharge care.
• Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
