Job summary

Openwork Health is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RN) to deliver high-quality acute care in a fast-paced ED. Join a team-focused environment that values leadership, adaptability, and compassionate patient interactions across diverse cases.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous ER or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessments and prioritize care in the emergency department.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and document findings accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
• Assist with procedures and respond to medical emergencies.
• Adhere to facility protocols and state/federal regulations.
• Pursue ongoing education to maintain ER competencies.
