Openwork Health in Lewisville, TX is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced ED. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork with physicians and staff to assess, triage, treat, and document patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, BLS and ACLS (PALS as needed), ER or acute care experience, and strong clinical judgment with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• PALS certification may be required based on facility needs.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care based on acuity and symptoms in the ED.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress during ER stay.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform emergency procedures such as CPR, wound care, and IV initiation as needed.
