Openwork Health is actively recruiting an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced ED team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, triage patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license with ER or acute care experience, current BLS/ACLS, and strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted RN license in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications; additional certifications may be required by facility.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients upon arrival to the ER and prioritize care by severity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the health care team.
• Participate in emergency interventions, including resuscitation and trauma response as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized ER environment.
• Support onboarding and mentorship for new ER RNs when appropriate.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards in the ED.
