Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state, with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Preferred 2+ years experience, BSN degree, and certifications like PALS, CEN, or TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, delegating, and exercising independent judgment to direct nursing staff.
• Participate in hourly rounding and supervise team members to maintain efficient workflows.
• Evaluate nursing practice quality and promote safe patient throughput.
