Talented Medical Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to provide rapid assessment, triage, and nursing care for patients with acute illness or injury. You will prioritize based on acuity and work with the emergency team to stabilize patients.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required).
1–2 years of emergency or critical care nursing experience (Preferred).
Current RN license in state of practice (Required).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required).
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required).
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (Required).
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification (Preferred).
Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

Performs rapid triage and assessment of patients presenting to the emergency department.
Administers medications, IV fluids, and treatments based on physician orders and protocols.
Responds to trauma activations, codes, and other emergent situations.
Monitors patients for changes in condition and escalates care as needed.
Coordinates patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges in a fast-paced environment.
Provides patient and family education and emotional support during acute events.
