Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care per standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care and educate on illness management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in development.
• Develop and document individualized care plans and communicate across teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs; respect preferences.
