Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collect comprehensive health data and monitor changes.
• Perform age-appropriate assessments and document findings.
• Coordinate care with nursing peers, physicians, and support staff.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Administer medications following protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
