Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking an Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans, ensure safety, and support families throughout the patient journey.

You must hold an active RN license in New Jersey, complete BLS/CPR within 60 days, and bring at least six months of nursing experience or participation in our Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or Diploma required.
• RN license current in NJ.
• BSN in progress within 3 years of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• ≥6 months nursing experience or participation in Nurse Residency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care following evidence-based standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and support services.
• Administer medications with barcode scanning and proper documentation.
• Discharge planning to ensure safe transition of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation.
